the staffs are so unbothered at time , they come to work late and gossip amoung themselves. they make patients wait for a long time even thought they may have only 4 to 5 patients and the doctors are having a good time at the break room while patients wait for 5-6 hours just to show a report - this is my experience at Chest hospital Shillong
